Request a Managed key for access to the Meeting Minutes transcription service. Keys are issued by hand. A key carries a monthly Managed transcription allowance; availability is limited during the experiment.

Managed transcription usage is measured in Processed audio minutes. Each Source counts separately, so a Meeting with Microphone and System audio uses minutes for both. An Import counts as one stream. Re-transcribing the same audio counts again.
The key's allowance resets on the first of each month (UTC), without rollover. It covers transcription only, not Correction, Summary or Ask. The app shows remaining minutes when the service reports them.
When the allowance runs out or the service is unavailable, the app falls back to your own keys, then local Whisper.
Saving a Managed key in Settings is your consent to send audio to the Meeting Minutes service. No audio is uploaded through Managed transcription before you save a key.
